Bar Attendant

Position Type: Part-Time (Temporary, 6 month pop-up) 

Pay Rate: $20 per hour 

 

About Us: 

 

We are a self photo and podcast studio offering guests a variety of themed photo installations for the perfect Instagram shot, family photo, or fun selfie experience. Our pop-up location will be open from late August – December and we are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Selfie Bar Attendants. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

•  Guest Services: Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude, check them in, and provide information about our installations and safety guidelines. 
• Assistance with Photos: Help guests with taking photos as needed, including offering suggestions for poses or angles, assisting with camera equipment, and ensuring a fun experience. 
• Installation Maintenance: Keep the selfie installations clean, tidy, and in good condition throughout your shift. Report any maintenance or safety issues.  
• Compliance with Safety Regulations: Ensure that all guests are following safety guidelines.  
• Customer Support: Address any guest concerns or questions promptly and professionally. Escalate issues when necessary. 
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members to create a positive and enjoyable environment for the team and our guests. 

 

Qualifications: 

Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. 

Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse range of guests. 

Basic knowledge of photography and social media platforms is a plus. 

Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the installations. 

Must be at least 18 years of age  

Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the pop-up schedule. 

 

Additional Information: 

This is a part-time position for a 6-month pop-up location. Candidates must be available for the duration of the pop-up.
