Cashier

Overview
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a retail environment. Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a welcoming atmosphere
- Operate cash registers and handle cash/credit transactions accurately
- Assist customers in their dessert decisions and provide design consultations for custom orders
- Stock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Process sales transactions efficiently
- Answer customer inquiries via phone or in-person
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ideal candidate lives within a 5 mile radius
• Must be available Tuesday and Thursdays as well as open to take afternoons/evenings a minimum of 3 days a week Monday thru Friday as well as weekends.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members

Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling
