Cafe Barista

We're a modern, organic, health bar & juicery with several locations throughout NE Ohio. We're a tight knit team that believes in working hard, having fun, & having a passion for all-things health & wellness. We believe in providing a 360 degree experience & that customer service is key. We offer very competitive industry wages, & no late nights (we close daily at 3pm!)

Responsibilities:

-Welcoming customers, informing them about new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments.
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Take customer orders and process payments using the cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe' area
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines when handling and preparing food items
- Assist with food preparation, such as making our line of avocado toasts, superfood smoothies, & bowls.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating order totals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours) and lift up to 25 pounds

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $13.50 - $20.00 per hour
