WEBCO is a flexible family-owned business located in Ramsey, looking for an onsite Bookkeeper to join our team.  This position can be part-time or full-time.

Duties will include but are not limited to AP, AR, Payroll, Customer Invoicing, Credit card & Bank Reconciliation. You will need to be open to other duties on occasion.

Experience:

• Quickbooks-online knowledge (Required)
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows and productivity tools; Outlook, Excel, Word (Required)
• Be knowledgeable of sales tax, payroll, and general ledger (required)
• This job is ideal for someone who is reliable, adaptive, and can work independently.

Schedule:

• Weekdays to be discussed if part-time
• Monday to Friday 8am-4pm if full-time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Negotiable depending on experience ($20.00 + per hour)
