Prep Cooks

High volume and high quality independent sandwich shop and specialty grocery looking for experienced BOH staff to join our team.

FT or PT Line Cooks with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Starting pay $18-$20/hr + tips; based on experience. 8 hour shifts between 6:30am-7:30pm. Candidates need basic kitchen English and able to work as a team in high volume periods. Experience with high volume or sandwiches is a plus. 

FT or PT Prep Cooks with a minimum of 1 year of experience. Starting pay $17-$20/hr + tips; based on experience. Competent knife skills needed and the ability to read and execute a recipe in English. Basic kitchen English required.
