Bicycle Mechanic

The candidate for this position will require the knowledge and ability to repair eBikes, road, mountain, gravel, and triathlon bikes; as well as perform processes to ensure the highest quality standards are met for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose mechanical issues and identify root cause of any problems
• Perform mechanical repairs and maintenance
• Perform quality control testing to ensure bikes are 100% safe and in optimal condition
• Maintain a clean and organized work areas to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
• Effectively communicate with team members and management to coordinate repairs, inventory, and customer orders

 

Qualifications:

• Certified by UBI or equivalent a plus
• Hands on experience with specialized tools a must
• Excellent communication skills
• Hands on experience with POS software (Lightspeed a plus)
• Must possess a keen eye for even the smallest of details.
• Meticulous, mechanically inclined problem-solver type
• Highly motivated and thrives in team environment
• Ability to manage workflow and meet deadlines
• Previous experience is required: Minimum 3 to 4 years with certifications. Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience without certifications
