Individuals with experience in the following areas are encouraged to apply:
Teacher, nanny, social worker, nurse, school or camp counselor, childcare, teacher’s aide, coach, child psychologist, special education, speech therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, paraprofessional, daycare teacher, and other similar fields.

 

Job Summary:

Spend your day working with children with autism in New Jersey in homes, schools, or in clinical settings. You will be providing ABA therapy to children with autism to help manage and improve behaviors that interfere with daily lives. Paid, on-the-job ABA Therapy training is provided and supervised by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, also known as a BCBA. They will carefully outline a treatment plan for each child, which you will carry out in your sessions. We have the caseload for you to pick and choose to create your ideal workload and schedule. Are you a college student with classes during the day? We have cases at night so you can fit them into your schedule. If you’re a parent with kids at home in the afternoon, we have cases where you can work during the day.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
  • Located in or near Highland Park, or able to travel
  • Well organized, flexible, and open to hearing feedback
  • Experience in applied behavior analysis or working with children

**Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, ABA, or a related field is a plus
