Bartender

The Allure Agency is in need of polished and professional bar staff to work fun events in the Los Angeles area.

We have immediate booking opportunity for upcoming Halloween parties. 

Responsibilities:

• Prepare samples of spirits for event guests.
• Distribute branded souvenirs and prizes to event guests.
• Make necessary requests to barback and/or onsite point of contact.
• Greet guests with a genuine smile and answer questions about the spirit brand being promoted.
• Make drink suggestions based on the likes and dislikes of guests.
• Execute any other duties assigned onsite.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Must live within 45 minutes of Los Angeles.
• Must be 21 or older.
• Must be able to submit high quality photos of yourself
• Must have an upbeat, happy personality.
• Must have experience as a brand ambassador, sales rep or working with the general public face to face.
• Must have knowledge of wines, spirits and bar essentials.
• Must genuinely enjoy working with people.
• Fluent in English; able to speak, read, write.
• Must be punctual and reliable.
• Must be able to work well under pressure.
• Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
• Able to bend at the waist and lift items up to 50 lbs. to waist level.
• Must submit a professional resume showing relatable experience.
• Must comprehend instructions well and execute tasks proficiently.
• Must NOT have any tattos on face or forearms.
• Must have an upbeat, happy, can-do attitude and the ability to follow instructions confidently and quickly.
• Individuals that do not genuinely love interacting with and being of service to people need NOT apply.
