The Forum Lounge has rebranded itself as Chandler’s newest entertainment destination! A tapas-style menu paired with delicious craft cocktails will be served with a show! We are looking for passionate hospitality professionals with a strong bartending background to join our team. As our space continues to develop, creativity is a plus - but the desire to learn and help deliver an experience that exceeds expectations is even better. There are additional opportunities to work as we also offer a large catering and event space.

Job Requirements

  • First and foremost, punctuality and a positive attitude is considered the “price of admission.”
  • Provide the highest level of cleanliness consistent with company standards.
  • Set up, break down, prep and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
  • Build cocktails according to specifications.
  • Proper food handling as outlined by the Food Handlers Certification process.
  • Proper and safe alcohol service as outlined in the Title IV Liquor certification process.
  • Stock inventory properly using “FIFO”, and ensuring proper dating and labeling of items including, fruits, juices and wine.
  • Ensure drinks are made and delivered in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers alike.
  • Helping the team and company to acquire raving fans and repeat customers.
  • Clear communication with staff and management on inventories, stock and items needed.

Skills Needed

  • Proven bartending experience with at least 3 years in high paced environments.
  • Positive & Upbeat attitude.
  • Commanding understanding of food and beverage menus.
  • Execute assigned tasks with accuracy and speed.
  • Ensure responsible alcohol service including checking of ID’s.
  • Maintain proper cash/credit handling procedures.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods.
  • Must be able to lift up to 60lbs.
  • ** Maricopa County Food Handler’s Card is required to start working.
  • ** Title IV Liquor Certification is required to start working.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.35 - $60.00 per hour
