Assistant Volleyball Coach

We are seeking dedicated indoor volleyball coaches who are passionate about teaching the sport while helping to instill good morals in young athletes. The ideal candidates will teach high-level volleyball techniques, promote fun through hard work, and encourage healthy competition. We maintain a friendly and professional environment and are excited to welcome new coaches to our team.
For these positions, practice hours are Thursdays from 3:30-6:30 PM and Fridays from 6:00-8:00 PM. Weekends are optional – meaning if you'd like to join weekend sessions, you are welcome to, but it’s not required.

The pay ranges from $25 to $65 per hour depending on the role and experience level.

## Duties
- Conduct volleyball training sessions and practice drills
- Develop and implement game strategies
- Provide constructive feedback to players to enhance their performance
- Organize and supervise team practices and matches
- Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and discipline among players
- Ensure the safety of all players during training and games
## Experience
- Knowledge of volleyball rules, techniques, and strategies
-Former volleyball players with no coaching experience are accepted for this position!-College volleyball players are welcome to apply for assistant coach positions.
