BBA 315 Inc, Is a successful afterschool youth sports company with locations in New York, Maryland, Minnesota, Florida, Texas & California.
Join our team and become an integral part of our dynamic organization! We are currently seeking individuals with a passion for sports and a strong background in working with youth to lead our exciting afterschool sports programs.

Hours would be directly after school starting anywhere from 1:45pm - 4:00pm, Monday through Friday and is a part time position. Instructional sessions are 1 hour. Pay is per session and depends on experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sports coaching or related fields, with a strong emphasis on working with youth.
- A deep understanding of various sports and their rules, as well as the ability to teach fundamental techniques effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling you to connect with and motivate young participants.
- Passionate about instilling values such as sportsmanship, teamwork, and discipline.
- Committed to fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all program participants.
- First aid and CPR certified
- Pass a background check- required by the district
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must own a smartphone or computer for regular text and email communication
Responsibilities:
- Organize and execute engaging afterschool sports programs tailored to various age groups and skill levels.
- Provide expert guidance and coaching to enhance participants' athletic performance and fundamental skills.
- Cultivate a fun and safe environment where young individuals can develop both their sporting abilities and character.
- Collaborate with a supportive team to plan and implement innovative sports-related activities and events.
- Be prompt with your arrival
- Take attendance and be responsible for the children until they are picked up by their parents
