JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient office operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handle review points from the bookkeepers and fix accordingly

Perform account analysis and reconciliation tasks

Assist in budgeting processes

Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger reconciliation

Participate/run financial reporting meetings with clients

Facilitate the client onboarding process

Monthly billing

Calendar management/scheduling

Customer service - answering emails & phone calls

REQUIREMENTS:

Proven experience as an Administrative, Bookkeeping or in a similar role

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal

Proficiency in QuickBooks Online

Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
