Nail Technician

AS AN ESTHETICIAN, YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

*Create an excellent and unforgettable experience for our clients
*Build new guest relationships and focus on retention of clients
*Analyze, consult and perform high-quality beauty services in a professional and comfortable setting
*Meet and exceed service and retail objectives
*Execute services to Mahalo Holistic Beauty Bar standards
*Review your schedule on our Boulevard app
*Check in and out clients with our POS system
*Product Knowledge; to educate clients on our products and services
*Knowledge of hygiene and policy standards
*A willingness to learn
*Adapting to new situations quickly
*Maintain appropriate conversations before during and after the service
*Restock the room according to company standards
*Sanitize and clean room/station after EVERY service and EVERY shift
*Be customer service driven
* We only do regular mani/pedi services with non-toxic products. NO GELS, NO ACRYLICS
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
* Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
* Experience is a plus (at least 2 years of experience) but we are willing to train the right candidate.
* VALID NJ nail technician/cosmetologist/skin care LICENSE. We welcome recent graduates and temporary licenses!!
* We are hiring for full-time positions, (part time options available)
* A mix of am/pm shifts: Tuesday – Friday 9am-2pm and Tuesday – Friday 2-7pm
*We require only one weekend day Saturday 9am-7pm or Sunday 10am-5pm
