KESMA Flame Lily LLC is a small business in Minneapolis. We are a small practice looking to provide multicultural therapy to meet individual needs. We are looking for someone adaptive and willing to learn in a fast paced- environment. You will also have many opportunities to grow and learn with our team as we expand our accessibility. Our company is looking for a Mental Health Technician to work with our busy and dedicated staff to provide integral support to our growing organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to multiple calls daily, conducting home visits via car, walking and cycling, and providing crisis intervention services. A qualified Mental Health Technician must also have a strong understanding of addiction medicine and be able to drive patients to various locations such as hospitals, treatment centers and doctors' offices.
