This is a remote position (virtual), and we operate in multiple states: MD, DC, VA, NC, GA, and FL.

Position Summary: The therapist will offer a broad spectrum of psychological and social care services, including:

  • Clinical assessments
  • Treatment planning
  • Crisis intervention
  • Various therapy forms
  • Psychoeducation
  • Goal setting
  • Medical record maintenance
  • Referrals and continuity of care
  • Team clinical meetings and education sessions
  • Mentorship

Education:

  • Must be in a Master's degree program or possess a Master's or Doctoral degree in Professional Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health, or a related field.

Professional Experience:

  • 2+ years of clinical social work in a mental health or healthcare setting.
  • HIPAA-compliant home office.
  • Experience with multicultural clients; veteran counseling experience is a plus.

Licensure/Certification:

  • Pursuing a Master's degree in mental health or already have a license in Maryland, DC, Virginia, North Carolina, or Georgia.

Technology and Equipment:

  • Fully equipped home office.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Adobe, and other relevant applications.
