Worship Leader

The Seminole Campus Worship Lead position provides leadership and implementation for the Worship Team at one of BridgePoint’s campuses. They collaborate on service components and service flow for both Sunday services, regular ministry events throughout the week and special events. They help grow, care for, and provide leadership to band members and vocalists, and ensure each week that the campus they are assigned to is organized and set up for success.

In addition, the Seminole Campus Worship Lead will work on a cross-campus team to help with all things Creative Arts. This could include all-church initiatives, camps, song and music composition, training and workshops, or any other tasks needed to effectively help people get closer to God through the worship ministry. This role will also work with other departments to stay unified and move together as BridgePoint continues to carry out its mission of impacting people for Jesus in Pinellas County and beyond.
