Reading Assistant

Elementary and middle school students in the Kumon center work independently on challenging assignments in Math (algebra through calculus) and Reading (Shakespeare and more advanced literature styles).  Assistants are needed to GUIDE and support students in class.  Must have completed high school math and be proficient in reading.

Assistants interested will be required to test in higher math and reading levels prior to job acceptance.

Paid training is provided on the job.

WORK DAYS & HOURS: Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 4:00 - 7:00 PM

Location: 500 Furys Ferry Road Martinez

Pay scale: Start at $12.00 per hour with increase after 6 months based on reliability and performance review
