Toddler Room Supervisor Needed!

Seeking a person with a warm, nurturing, and friendly personality, be able to relate well with children and families. Be willing to fulfill his/her responsibilities in accordance with the Center’s/Children’s Services Philosophy/Mission Statement. Background in early childhood education working with Toddlers a must. Prefer prior supervisor experience. (13 months-2years of age).

Position: Year-round, Full-time
Hours/Pay: $17.00/hr.

Days: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week

First Aid & CPR Certified and Bi-Lingual a plus but not required.

Background check and fingerprinting required for all employees 18 years and older.

Responsibilities

• Implement age-appropriate curriculum to engage toddlers and preschoolers in learning activities.
• Manage classroom dynamics to create a safe and nurturing environment for young children.
• Develop and execute lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding children's progress and behavior.
• Utilize knowledge of child development to address individual learning needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience for students.
