Kiddie Academy of Grayslake is looking for a FUN and Experienced PRESCHOOL TEACHER!

Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool-aged children
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and enriching educational experience
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Follow all licensing regulations and guidelines for childcare centers

Skills:
- Experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans that meet educational objectives
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to connect with children on their level
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of individual students
- Strong organizational skills for planning and implementing daily activities
