We are looking for a creative Social Media Designer to enhance our online presence.

The Social Media Designer will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy, designing, and posting visually appealing content, monitoring our brand on various social media networks, and increasing our online presence.

Our ideal candidate is passionate about social media, has a keen eye for aesthetics, a good understanding of different color schemes, layout design, and the ability to tailor projects to specific audiences.


They should be well versed with social media trends and technologies.


Responsibilities

 

  • Design and implement a social media strategy to align with business goals
  • Design and maintain our social media presence across all digital channels
  • Design engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms
  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends and keep up with the latest social media best practices
  • Analyze the long-term needs of the company’s social media strategy and offer quarterly reports to the management and executive teams
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications


Qualifications

 

  • Proven work experience as a social media designer or similar role
  • Hands-on experience in content management
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
  • Solid knowledge of Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, Audacity or other media editing software
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
