Kitchen Duties include but are not limited to: Proper handwashing, maintain a safe and sanitized work area, maintain proper food handling techniques for storage and temperature control, organize and clean food storage areas, check in food deliveries and put away, washing, peeling, chopping, cutting, and cooking foods to appropriate temperature, cleaning equipment (deep fryers, flat top grill, salad bar, pizza oven, stove, toasters, microwaves), washing and sanitizing dishes, ensure food is presented properly, deliver food orders to tables for in-house dining, package to-go orders, and providing AWESOME customer service!
Join our team! All staff have a rotating schedule and work every other weekend. Some holidays and special event weekends are mandatory (April - October) Pay: $12hr plus bring a friend to enjoy the amenities and events of the campground on your time off!
