1. Server:

As a server at Aroma Latin Fusion, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience. Responsibilities include taking orders, making menu recommendations, serving food and beverages, and providing excellent customer service. We’re looking for individuals who are friendly, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks with a smile.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver orders to the table in a timely manner.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations and answer questions about the menu.
• Handle payments and ensure the accuracy of guest checks.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a server preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

2. Runner:

As a runner, you will be the key link between the kitchen and the dining room, ensuring that food is delivered quickly and correctly. You’ll support the servers and help maintain a smooth flow of service, making sure that guests receive their meals promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the guests quickly and efficiently.
• Assist with the setup and clearing of tables.
• Ensure that orders are accurate and complete.
• Provide assistance to servers as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service areas.

Qualifications:

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and carry heavy trays.

3. Busboy:

As a busboy, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Your responsibilities include clearing tables, refilling water glasses, and assisting the servers and runners in providing a seamless dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clear tables of dirty dishes, glassware, and silverware.
• Reset tables for the next guests.
• Assist in refilling water and other beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining room and service areas.
• Assist servers and runners with any additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a busy environment.
• Friendly and team-oriented attitude.
• No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn is essential.
