**Job Title: Automatic Screen Printer Press Operator**

**Job Summary:**  
We are seeking a skilled **Automatic Screen Printer Press Operator** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating automatic screen printing presses, ensuring high-quality print production. If you have experience with screen printing and working with automatic presses, we want to hear from you!

**Key Responsibilities:**  
- Set up and operate automatic screen printing presses (such as M&R, ROQ, or similar machines).  
- Prepare screens, ink, and substrates for printing jobs.  
- Inspect and approve the first print for quality and accuracy.  
- Monitor the production process to ensure consistency in output.  
- Troubleshoot any issues with the press or print quality.  
- Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of the press.  
- Follow production schedules and ensure jobs are completed on time.  
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.  

**Qualifications:**  
- Proven experience operating automatic screen printing presses.  
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.  
- Familiarity with screen preparation, ink mixing, and substrates.  
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.  
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.  
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to [Insert Weight] lbs).  
- Knowledge of basic machine maintenance is a plus.
