Salary: $36K ~ $45K + Commission(90K+)

Role Description

This is a full-time position for an Outside Sales Representative. The Outside Sales Representative will build new accounts and maintain relationships, provide excellent customer service, and develop new business opportunities. The Outside Sales Representative will be the outreach source to the company where it will require the below qualifications. The prospective representative is also required to have the ability to develop and manage regional and national territory sale activities. A Monthly Business plan and review are necessary to target high-potential accounts and find new high-potential ones. Commission in addition to monthly salary will be added once a sale deal is closed. The Commission will be based on the Monthly business review.


Responsibilities.
- Utilize company resources to prepare for sales activities and account engagement actions.
- Strong Sales Presentations and Relationship Building skills
- Prepare and present company products to potential clients. Develop, expand, refresh, and maintain commercial relationships with clients in the territory.
- Understand our client’s needs and requirements to better support and hence react to an account's expanding requirements. Assist clients in placing orders and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Organize, plan, and schedule utilization of selling time to provide optimum effective account and territory coverage. Report the plan and schedule daily. (Every Wednesday should be on site for team meetings)

Required:
