Sales Representative

We are seeking sales representatives to join our team at Phoenix Roofing! This is a commission-based position, so come hungry!!

Responsibilities:

• Contact leads and perform damage inspections for potential customers
• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Prepare estimates / invoices
• Coordinate repairs and installations with customers, work crews, and office staff

​Qualifications:

• Highly motivated
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to work autonomously
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented

Not required, but helpful:

• Familiarity with construction / roofing / siding
• Familiarity with insurance claims process
• Work truck a plus
