Job Description: As a Healthcare Specialist, you will play a vital role in assisting our clients in understanding their healthcare options and enrolling in appropriate plans.


Your Role:
‍
• Educating clients: Provide clear explanations and guidance on the Healthcare market and its various provisions to help clients make informed decisions about their coverage.

• Eligibility assessment: Determine clients; eligibility for plans based on income, family size, and other relevant factors.

• Plan selection: Assist clients in choosing the most suitable plan to meet their specific healthcare needs.

• Application assistance: Guide clients through the enrollment process, ensuring accurate completion of applications and submission of required documentation.

• Client support: Address inquiries and resolve issues related to plans, premiums, benefits, and claims.

• Compliance adherence: Stay updated with the latest changes in regulations and ensure strict compliance with applicable guidelines.


Skills & Requirements:
‍To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
‍
• Experience: Previous experience in health insurance, specifically with ACA or Medicare, is highly preferred!
‍
• Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.

• Team player: A collaborative spirit and willingness to work with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

VC Health Benefits Highlight: 
• Permanent Salary: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
• Paid time off Supplemental pay types:
