• Base Pay: $11/hour, with tips included you will receive $14 - $17/ hour!

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare all food fresh to order and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
• Follow food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure high safety and sanitation standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly engaging with guests and addressing any concerns or requests.
• Collaborate with management and other team members to ensure effective operations.
• Learn guidelines, policies, and procedures applicable to the position.
• Be able to work both independently and within a small team, multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide excellent customer service skills and maintain a sense of urgency.
• Most of all, HAVE FUN.

Qualifications:

• Preferred but not required: experience in a kitchen environment
• Must be 18 or older

Working Conditions:

• Occasionally must be able to lift 30+ pounds.
• Part-time and Full-time positions available!
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• The position require early mornings, but you will be off early!
• We are only open until 2 pm and off by 3 pm.
• No one works Thanksgiving and Christmas at Rise! We value your time!
