Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care to our patients with mental health needs. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor patient health.
- Develop and implement nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to plan and evaluate patient care.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
- Provide compassionate support to patients and families.
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Minnesota.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in mental health.
- Strong knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- BLS/ACLS certification.
- Additional mental health certifications preferred.
