Programmer
Job Description:
- Daily CNC programming and CNC operations
- Implement new processes / Problem solving
- Creating blue prints / create 3-D models from prints
- Train and mentor new machine operators
- Embrace a leadership role in improving work flow (reducing cycle times, down time and scrap).
Desired Skills & Experience:
- 3-5 years experience programming
- CNC Programming for 3-4 axis mills / 5 axis a plus
- CAD/CAM Programming Gibbs Cam/Esprit
- 3D modeling Pro-E/Creo
- Creating 3D surfaces from CMM (points cloud) to tool paths
- 3D milling
- CMM knowledge
- Microsoft Excel
Hours are Monday through Friday 7am to 3:30pm
Salary is negotiable and will be dependent on experience.
