Snack Innovations is a family owned and operated Food Manufacturing business. We specialize in the manufacturing of all natural "Better-For-You" Salty Snack food products and produce a wide range of chips, sticks, straws, curls, puffs, and popcorn snacks for contract manufacturing, private label, and our own branded labels.

Your Role: Be an integral part of our Product Development Team, and help create the best snacks on earth. Provide high-level administrative support to the product development team by processing sample orders, scheduling production, conducting research, handling information requests, manage 3rd party certification process, and ingredient libraries, as well as other administrative functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, scheduling meetings and arranging travel itineraries, coordinate trade-show events, shipping product samples, printing labels, coordinating and logging records and documentation, while ensuring compliance with FDA, OSHA, GFSI guidelines and all HACCP and Food Safety and Quality initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Reports to the Product Development Manager
Organized and goal-oriented Office Administrator to maintain Product Development operations and ensure its running smoothly
Effective communications with sales, logistics, and production teams
Perform a variety of administrative duties, such as generating reports, letters, spreadsheets, forms, and sorting and distributing incoming customer and sales department sample orders
Manage agendas, 3rd party certification administration, Supplier approval process, product and materials sample requests, and other tasks
Support back end administrative tasks to maintain daily product development operations
Create and update databases and records for customer and vendor information, products and materials, and other business data

Required Skills:

Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Excellent organizational skills with office management, procedures, and ability to work independently
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
Reliably commute to work (Required)
Office: 3 years (Required)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19.61 - $23.68 per hour
