Essential Job Functions:
- Implement selected components of care and interventions in a technically competent manner.
- Identify patient’s needs and exhibit compassion, caring, and empathy for individual differences
- Recommend options, courses of action, or modifications in selected treatments ensure the patient's progress, safety, and comfort
- Apply the latest research related to restoring function, reducing symptom frequency, and preventing injury.
Basic Qualifications
Education:
- Associate or bachelor's degree in PTA or a related field.
Experience:
- Proven working experience as a physical therapist assistant
- Excellent knowledge of physiology best practices and standards
- Hands-on experience with therapeutic exercises, functional training, and physical modalities
- Ability to communicate and instruct effectively
- Healthcare administration and documentation skills
License/Certifications:
- Must hold a valid certification to practice or relevant certification
- Current American Heart Association Healthcare provider BLS CPR certification.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
