Thera-Peds is looking for a full-time certified SLP for the Rcihmond office.  Candidate must be self-sufficient, out-going, organized, upbeat and task oriented.  Yearly bonuses and outings, CEU reimbursement, paid write time and paid cancelations, paid holidays and vacation time,  health insurance benefits and 3% IRA match program after 90 days of employment. 

Provide comprehensive assessment, treatment, and management of pediatric patients with speech and language, swallowing, fluency, voice, hearing and cognitive disorders.  Documentation of patient evaluation and treatment in web based EMR system.  Develop plan of care, communicate with families, physicians and other interdisciplinary team members relating to patient care.  Experience with communication devise a plus!

Requirements:

·      Master of Arts or Master of Science Degree

·      State Licensure

·      Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC)- American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, preferred

·      Experience working with pediatric patients a must
