Position Overview: We are seeking a driven and dynamic Outside Sales Representative with
construction experience to join our team and help drive business growth. This is a commission-
based opportunity with the potential to transition to a salary plus commission structure as you
establish a successful track record with us. As an integral member of our sales force, you will be
responsible for reaching out to new and existing leads, prospecting new clients, nurturing
existing relationships, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through a combination of new and existing
leads, networking, and referrals.
• Utilize your construction knowledge and expertise to conduct thorough assessments of clients'
needs and present tailored solutions that align with their goals and budget.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand our
customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing attentive service, addressing
concerns promptly, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Collaborate with our installation teams to ensure smooth project execution and exceed client
expectations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities to identify
opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in outside sales or a related field, with a strong understanding of
construction principles and practices.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, and manage multiple priorities
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn and articulate technical concepts related to
roofing and exterior remodeling.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
