Outbound Shipment Prepper

Position Overview: As an Outbound Shipment Prepper at our Ecommerce warehouse, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that customer orders are accurately prepared and ready for shipment. You will be responsible for handling and preparing packages according to Amazon's standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sorting and Organizing: Sort and organize items based on shipment destination and type.
• Packaging: Properly package items using appropriate materials to ensure safe transportation.
• Labeling: Ensure accurate labeling of packages with shipping labels and other necessary documentation.
• Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on outgoing orders to verify accuracy and condition of items.
• Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by updating systems with outbound shipments.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily shipment goals and maintain a smooth workflow.

Requirements:

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy packages for extended periods.
