Job Description: Operations Manager for Mechanics

Position Overview: The Operations Manager for Mechanics is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficient workflow, high-quality service delivery, and optimal team performance. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate a team of mechanics and support staff to achieve operational goals and maintain high standards of service.

  3. Quality Control: Ensure all services meet company standards and industry regulations, conducting regular inspections and audits.

  5. Inventory Management: Manage parts inventory, ordering supplies as needed and ensuring availability for repairs.
  6. Budget Oversight: Monitor departmental budgets and expenses, implementing cost-saving measures while maintaining quality service.
  7. Reporting: Prepare and analyze operational reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  8. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including sales and service writers, to align operations with company goals.

Qualifications:
