Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and professionalism in all aspects of administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate office activities related to our business.
- Customer relations. Initial coordination and support.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, our operating software, and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Support budgeting and our bookkeeping activity.
Skills
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant. (Preferably have worked with a contracting or construction company, landscape contracting a bonus)
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
