We are seeking an outgoing, detail-oriented, and efficient person to be the Office Coordinator to provide office support to our Mental Health Therapy Group Practice. The ideal candidate will be adept at prioritizing, multi-tasking, and managing a busy office with a positive attitude. This Candidate will also be willing to learn and grow with us!

This is a full-time position.

Hours: 9 to 5 Monday through Friday.

Hourly Rate: 21 to 24 dollars an hour to start.

This role will report to the Executive Director.

Qualifications

3 years of experience as an administrative assistant and/or in Client Care and Customer Service. Medical Billing is a plus. Excellent writing skills and strong phone skills. Associates Degree. Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Executive Director and Therapists with billing, referral calls, booking new clients, payments, administrating intake & consent forms.
  • Become Program expert on EMR, trouble shooting issues, training therapists on EMR.
  • Managing office, supporting therapists, creating systems to ensure office runs efficiently.
  • Client support: welcoming clients to the office, answering client calls and emails, processing payments at the end of sessions, scheduling.
  • Maintaining Quality Assurance (follow up to payments, securing payment information, uploading secure documents, managing the booking software including schedules and treatments offered, chart audits)
  • Maintenance of office area, light cleaning, managing office supplies, and clinical files
