Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality therapy services for pediatric and adult clients, focusing on improving functional skills, daily living activities, and overall well-being. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to create customized treatment plans that address each client’s unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate clients' abilities and needs to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide direct occupational therapy services to pediatric and/or adult clients.
• Help clients improve their fine motor skills, sensory processing, cognitive skills, and functional independence.
• Work collaboratively with other therapists, physicians, and caregivers to coordinate care.
• Educate clients, families, and caregivers on strategies for maintaining progress at home.
• Document client progress, maintain accurate records, and complete necessary reports.
• Participate in team meetings, ongoing education, and professional development activities.
• Supervise/Mentor COTAs as needed.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (Arizona OT license required).
• Experience working with pediatric populations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to teamwork.
• Ability to develop creative, client-centered therapy plans.
