NORTH CALDWELL, NJ (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY) - A busy family relocating from NYC to North Caldwell, NJ, is seeking a trustworthy, compassionate FULL-TIME LONG-TERM LIVE-IN NANNY to join their team. The family has three young children: a 2.5-year-old boy and 5-month-old twins (a boy and a girl). The primary responsibility will be caring for the twins. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infant and toddler care, a passion for their work, and integrity in both their personal and professional lives. They should be trustworthy, team player, and able to bring compassion and warmth into the home while providing experienced, nurturing care for the children.

Their twins are lovely! Their son is very relaxed and easygoing, only fussing if something is bothering him, such as gas or a dirty diaper. He is figuring out new things and starting to roll from front to back! Their daughter is a busy bee who is already searching for her next little challenge, even at her young age! Their toddler is inquisitive, charming, and observant. He wants to help out if he can and will watch everything you do, trying to mimic it!

The schedule for the twins will be from 6 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend flexibility. An additional nanny arrives after 9:30 am to care for the 2.5-year-old. Duties include full care of the infants, including bottles every 3-4 hours, and engaging them with age-appropriate activities during wake windows. During naptime, the role includes light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation. Collaboration and teamwork with the other nanny are essential to ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient days full of fun and joy.

The home is located in the suburban area of North Caldwell, NJ, with ample parking available. The home has easy walking and/or driving access to local points of interest and parks. Private living accommodations will be provided. If needed, access to the family car for use during work hours will be provided; a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required. All childhood vaccinations, Covid, and a Covid booster are required. There are no pets in the home.

The start date is ASAP. Pay is $25+, commensurate with experience, gross pay via payroll. Paid sick days and paid vacation are included.
