Job Summary:

The ERP Manager plays a central role in ensuring that an organization’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) software runs smoothly, aligning the system with business processes to meet the company’s needs. This position involves overseeing the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the ERP system, which integrates various functions such as finance, HR, and supply chain management into a cohesive platform. The ERP Manager facilitates improved efficiency and data accuracy across departments, enabling better decision-making and supporting the organization’s overall operational goals and reports directly to the Executive Team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Collab solutions adornment heads and staff to identify system requirements, design solutions, and customize ERP functions to meet organizational needs.
  • Manage ERP system upgrades, including planning, testing, and execution, to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Develop and enforce best practices and policies for ERP system usage, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Lead the training of users on the ERP system, creating user manuals and training materials to facilitate effective use of the system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues, providing technical support to users and maintaining a log of system problems and resolutions.
  • Analyze business processes and ERP system performance to identify opportunities for improvement, making recommendations for enhancements or new functionalities.
  • Coordinate with external ERP vendors and consultants on system customization, integration, and updates, managing contracts and negotiations to ensure favorable terms for the organization.
