Therapist/Counselor

Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS FOR MENTAL HEALTH THERAPIST

Active LCSW, LMFT, LP or CMHC license (or equivalent)

Masters Degree in clinical social work, clinical psychology, or marriage and family therapy (or a related field)Professional documentation and charting skills

A basic knowledge of educational, psychological, family, and social work systems as related to special education and behavior treatment

Intervention techniques of individual, group, and family therapy in working with residents and their families

Ability to get licensed by the state of Utah

Valid Driver's License

Meet Utah DOPL Mental Health Therapist Supervisor requirements (2-years post full-licensure).

Strong knowledge of evidence-based practices and treatment modalities
Education: Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university, in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or a clinical related mental health field.

• Be able to pass background screening (DACS)

Responsibilities

Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement a treatment plan, complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy

Full-Time work weeks.

Ability to work in-office or work from home, based on client need

Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community

Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goalsPrepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol

Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other BF staff

Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings

• Behavioral health: 2 years (Preferred)
• Counseling

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
• CPR/AED
• LMCHC,LCSW, AMCHC, LPC
• First Aid

Salary: $72,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
