Member Service Representative
ACBA Federal Credit Union is seeking a full time Member Service Representative to be the first point of contact for all membership related questions, requests, and concerns.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Answering and directing phone calls; assisting with membership related issues; resolving complaints; processing transactions; assist in other areas in a relief capacity; perform other duties as requested and assigned.
This position has the potential to evolve into an Operation Manager position.
