**Overview**: The Medical Courier Logistics Manager oversees the sourcing, coordination, and dispatch of medical courier loads, ensuring efficient and compliant transportation of medical specimens, supplies, and equipment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Load Sourcing**:
- Identify and secure medical courier loads from healthcare facilities.
- Maintain and build client relationships to understand logistics needs.
- Rate negotiations with healthcare facilities and medical couriers
2. **Assignment and Routing**:
- Assign pickups and deliveries to couriers based on priority and efficiency.
- Optimize routes using routing software.
3. **Dispatching**:
- Communicate with couriers to provide instructions and real-time updates.
- Monitor delivery progress and address issues during transit.
4. **Compliance and Safety**:
- Ensure all transportation activities comply with healthcare regulations.
- Train couriers on handling medical materials and adherence to protocols.
5. **Customer Service**:
- Address client inquiries and provide solutions to delivery-related problems.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through efficient service.
6. **Tracking and Reporting**:
- Use tracking systems to monitor deliveries.
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of delivery status.

- Experience in logistics, courier services, or healthcare transportation.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
