Medical Assistant

Are you a student who is graduating soon? Have you graduated and are looking for a gap year position for some clinical experience?  We invite you to consider our Medical Assistant position in our medical practice in Glenwood, MD.  

We enjoy having gap year students work as MA's, and we feel it's a great experience for us as well as the student!  We are a relatively small private medical practice in Glenwood, Maryland.  We thrive on keeping our patients happy, and take pride in the team we have created.  

If you are interested in joining us, your responsibilities will include preparing patients for their appointments by taking vitals and performing intake screenings, performing EKGs, and administering vaccinations.  We provide training for everything as needed. You will also be answering phones, scheduling patients, and interacting with them via our patient portal.  

We are looking for someone full-time Monday to Friday 7:45 - 4:30, but we also are somewhat flexible.
