Manufacturing Associates

Key responsibilities:

• Assemble and supply complete cartons for packing operations
• Perform packing operations
• Seal and palletize cartons and/or trayed ware
• Load ware on lehrs
• Wash and wipe ware as needed
• Pack ware in cartons
• Operate taper
• Hand tape as needed
• Bundle taped cartons
• Requires fine manipulation and some light lifting
• Must be able to work evenings, nights, weekends and holidays (rotating shifts)
• Must be willing to work overtime i.e. upwards of 12 hours per day

This is a 24/7 operation, and everyone works rotating shifts...1st, 2nd, and 3rd, within the month.  You therefore need to have flexibility to work ALL THREE SHIFTS. You will have a set schedule that won't change, but will be all 3 shifts.  There is a shift diff for 2nd and 3rd shift.  There is also unlimited OT, with unlimited earning potential.  Most days will require 12-hour shifts. Starting pay, $16.07/hour

This is a union shop that will have mandatory membership required.
