job title: Maintenance Technician

The maintenance technician is responsible for performing highly diversified duties including general maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and repair of facility equipment and property structures. Ensuring a clean and safe environment and maintaining lighting, landscaping and painting. All work will be done in compliance with EPA, hazmat and Osha safety rules and regulations.

Perform building HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting repair as assigned. Implementation of preventative maintenance measures and identify and report any defective equipment or any unusual conditions.

Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies and perform other maintenance duties as requested.
