Lead teachers are expected to create lesson plans, communicate daily with parents, collaborate with teachers in room and neighboring classrooms and be an amazing role model for all exercising patience and compassion for all students.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Lead Teachers must have:
  • Associates degree or higher in Early Childhood Education OR 
  • Associates degree with 6 credit hours related to child development OR
  • Child Development Associates (CDA)
