Position Overview:
As a Lawn Treatment Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and beauty of our clients' lawns. This position requires expertise in lawn treatment techniques, including the operation of a Z-Spray applicator machine. We seek individuals with a 3.0 certification and at least 2 years of experience in lawn treatment services.
Responsibilities:
- Apply lawn treatments using a Z-Spray applicator machine to achieve optimal results
- Perform soil testing and analysis to determine treatment needs
- Assess and diagnose lawn issues, providing tailored solutions
- Maintain accurate records of treatments and client communications
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient scheduling and service delivery
- Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and in safe operating condition
- Communicate effectively with clients to address their lawn care needs and provide recommendations

Requirements:
- 3.0 Certification in Lawn Treatment
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in lawn treatment services
- Proficiency in operating a Z-Spray applicator machine
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform outdoor manual labor

Working Hours:
- Monday - Friday: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
- Saturday: Open / Flexible
- Overtime available
