Judge Development Corp is a Williston-based landlord and property management firm looking for a summer landscaping and maintenance tech for our commercial properties in South Burlington and Williston. The position will report to our Assistant Property Manager.

This role is full-time Monday through Friday 7:30am to 3:30 pm and is mostly outdoors during the summer.

Responsibilities:

Basic maintenance for:

• Lawncare
• Painting
• Basic plumbing
• Basic HVAC/thermostat troubleshooting
• Other duties as assigned
