Job Description:

Landscape Laborers would work as a unified member of the team under the supervision of the Site Forman. Individual is responsible for completing landscape installation jobs with highest level of quality and efficiency.

Duties:

• Perform highly physical landscape installation work on a consistent basis

• Work as part of a team and take direction

• Communicate and coordinate with the foreman and other employees to establish day to day goals/plans

• Follow best practices of installation and company standards

• Proper use of all tools, equipment and machinery

• Maintain a clean and safe job site at all times

Requirements:

• Previous landscape experience is a plus, but not required.

• Ability to get yourself to and from job sites.

• Respectful customer service skills is a plus

• Experience in installing a variety of hardscape applications such as pavers, block walls & boulder walls.

• Highly motivated and self-driven individual with attention to detail

• Ability to prioritize with minimal supervision and multi-task

• Experience in operating bobcats and other equipment is a plus

• Able to work effectively with individuals of differing knowledge and background

• Punctual and dependable

• Polite and courteous

• Reliable transportation
